Minimum Night Requirements - Week prior to and after Christmas - 5 Nights
- Week prior to and after Easter – 5 nights
- All other times the minimum night stay is 3 nights
Deposit Requirements & Cancellation Policy We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. You can overnight a check to us, but it must be received within 2 days of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival except reservations in the Holiday seasons. Payments for these periods of time are explained at the time of reservation. Cancellations received prior to the final payment will receive a refund of monies less a $100 cancellation fee. This includes canceling any night(s) from the original reservation. Cancellations made after final payment has been received are completely non-refundable. OTHER INFORMATION - Check-in Time is 4:00 pm

Guests MUST be checked out and all keys returned by 10:00 am on the scheduled departure date in order to avoid late fees being assessed. For all late check-outs not previously cleared by the office staff, a $150 fee will be charged to the guest. Keys & maps are available at our office which is located at the reception desk of Tamarindo Vista Villas, 1000 Calle Principal, Tamarindo 653-0114. We do not leave homes unlocked. Any lost keys are assessed a $50 fee per key lost. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are NOT allowed. **All policies are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
